It is close to multiple colleges and only a 5-8 minute drive from downtown. It's great for couples, business travelers, and families (kids are welcome). The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... with all the essentials and extras you’d need and want when you book with us!

Other things to note
**Because of our experiences in the past, we want to ensure guests who book are aware that they will be held accountable of any damages, theft, etc. if it was to happen during the stay. Please be mindful and choose who you have over wisely. We put a lot of work into our properties and we’d appreciate if people would do what’s right. We as host go over and beyond to provide our guests with the best stay experience while here in the Rocket City.
*If you move any of the decor or furniture please put it back to it's original place.
*Please do not sleep on the decorative pillows, they are for decorating purposes... please remove from the bed or couch to avoid this from happening.
Note: No pets are allowed, with the exception of service animals. If someone visits and has one YOU will be penalized. Future guests may be effected due to allergies. (We have literally had this issue happen, that's why we're addressing it here.)
